3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms; (d) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (e) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (f) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (g) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Payment and Fees

You agree to pay Xourcy all charges at the prices then in effect for the Services you purchase as specified in your Service Agreement or SOW. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. All payments shall be in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of Services ("Confidential Information"). Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of any Service Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
