1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Xourcy’s website and services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use. These Terms govern your relationship with Xourcy LLC (“Xourcy,” “we,” or “our”).
2. What We Do
Xourcy provides agile outsourcing and staffing solutions — from on-demand support teams to dedicated agents and flexible coverage models for startups and small businesses. Each engagement is defined by a custom Service Agreement or Statement of Work (“SOW”).
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and maintain communication throughout the project.
- Use our Services lawfully and for legitimate business purposes.
- Respect the confidentiality and boundaries outlined in your agreement.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due according to the timeline in your Service Agreement or SOW. Late payments may result in service interruption or interest charges. Pricing errors, if any, may be corrected even after payment is received.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during collaboration. This includes proprietary, financial, or client-specific details. The obligation continues even after the project ends.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, and materials under Xourcy’s brand are owned or licensed by Xourcy LLC. Clients may use deliverables produced under their contract as permitted in their signed agreement. Unauthorized reuse or reproduction is prohibited.
7. Prohibited Use
Clients may not use Xourcy’s Services to engage in illegal, abusive, or exploitative activities. This includes, but is not limited to, data scraping, harassment, reselling of services, or violating intellectual property rights.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement as outlined in the Service Agreement or SOW. Xourcy reserves the right to suspend or end access to Services for any user who violates these Terms.
9. Warranties and Liability
The Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” Xourcy does not guarantee uninterrupted access, results, or performance. In no event shall Xourcy or its team be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be handled within its jurisdiction.
